You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on Pollen. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, host, and display it to operate and improve the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

  1. Third-Party Integrations

Pollen integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Calendar), Slack, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We access your data from these services solely to provide Pollen's functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through Pollen's settings or through the third-party service directly.

7. Intellectual Property

Pollen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pollen and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pollen at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary for security or operational reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

Pollen is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Pollen after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
