Google Calendar (read and write): We access your calendar events to display customer meetings in your timeline view. We also create calendar events on your behalf when you schedule follow-ups or accept AI-suggested meetings.
Basic profile information: We access your name and email address to identify your account within Pollen.
How We Use Google Data
Gmail data is used solely to display emails in your unified inbox and send emails you compose within Pollen.
Calendar data is used solely to display meetings in your customer timeline and create events you initiate.
We do not use your Google data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your Google data to third parties.
We do not use your Google data to train AI models unrelated to providing you the service.
Google Data Retention
We cache email metadata and calendar events to provide the unified inbox and timeline experience. Email content is retrieved from Google's servers when you view a message. You can request deletion of your cached data at any time by contacting us.

You can disconnect your Google account and revoke Pollen's access at any time through your Google Account permissions or within the Pollen app settings.
