Pollen + Attio
Effective Date: March 12th, 2026
Pollen + Attio Integration
Pollen connects to your Attio workspace to give Customer Success Managers a unified view of CRM data — companies, contacts, deals, and notes — alongside every other customer touchpoint. CSMs can update records, log notes, and manage tasks directly from Pollen without switching tools.
What It Does
Once connected, Pollen syncs your Attio data and enables your team to act on it:
Companies & Contacts — Pollen automatically syncs your Attio companies and contacts, matching them to your existing customer accounts using domain and email matching. Company attributes, custom fields, and relationship data are surfaced directly in each customer's profile.
Deals & Pipeline — Active deals, stages, values, and assignees are pulled into each customer's timeline so CSMs have full visibility into where accounts stand in your pipeline without leaving Pollen.
Notes & Tasks — CSMs can view Attio notes and tasks linked to accounts and contacts. New notes and tasks created in Pollen sync back to Attio, keeping both platforms up to date.
Custom Objects & Attributes — Pollen supports Attio's flexible data model, including custom objects and attributes. Your unique CRM structure is preserved and surfaced within Pollen.
AI-Powered Signals — Attio data feeds into Pollen's signal detection engine, which monitors for patterns like deal slippage, stalled pipelines, or changes in account health that may indicate churn risk.
Playbook Automation — CRM events from Attio can trigger automated CSM workflows, such as flagging an account for review when a deal is downgraded or scheduling a check-in when a new stakeholder is added.
How It Works
One admin connects your Attio workspace from Pollen's Integrations page via OAuth. This connection is shared across your entire Pollen workspace — each team member does not need to connect individually.
Pollen automatically maps your Attio companies and contacts to your existing customer accounts using domain and email matching.
Attio records, deals, notes, and tasks appear in your customer timelines and feed into signals and playbooks.
CSMs can create notes, update records, and manage tasks from within Pollen. Changes sync back to Attio automatically.
Permissions Requested
Pollen requests the minimum Attio scopes necessary to provide this functionality:
Record read — To sync companies, contacts, and custom object records into Pollen.
Record write — To create and update notes, tasks, and record attributes from Pollen.
Object configuration read — To understand your workspace's data model, including custom objects and attributes.
List read — To access saved views and lists used for account segmentation.
User read — To identify workspace members for attributing actions to the correct team member.
Webhook subscribe — To receive real-time updates when records, deals, or tasks change in Attio.
Pollen does not request permissions to delete records, modify your workspace configuration, or access data beyond what is needed for the integration.
Requirements
An active Pollen account
An Attio workspace with admin-level access to authorize the connection
